These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rewire Her online store and your purchase of the Complete Rewire Bundle. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or purchase the product.
1. About Rewire Her
Rewire Her provides self-guided digital reflection and grounding resources. The Complete Rewire Bundle is delivered electronically and is intended for personal use.
2. The Product
The Complete Rewire Bundle may include digital resources such as the Rewire Protocol, the Interactive Rewire Workbook, the Printable Workbook Edition, and Guided Reflection Audios, as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Digital products are delivered through download links or another electronic delivery method. No physical product or shipping is included unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Personal License
When you purchase the Complete Rewire Bundle, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital resources for your own personal use.
You may download and use the files for your personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publicly post, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, upload to a file-sharing service, or create derivative products from the resources without prior written permission from Rewire Her.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate information required to place and complete an order. Payment is processed through the payment method selected at checkout, such as PayPal or another provider made available by the store.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unauthorized use, a technical error, or an obvious pricing or listing mistake.
5. Digital Delivery and Access
After purchase, delivery instructions or download links may be sent to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and checking spam, promotions, or junk folders if the delivery email is not immediately visible.
If you cannot access the files or the links do not work, contact rewirehersupport@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide a replacement link, or resolve a technical problem.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be available when the files or download links were not delivered, cannot be accessed, or a technical error prevents reasonable use of the purchased product and cannot be resolved. Please review the Refund Policy for the full process.
Because the product is digital, refunds for change of mind after successful delivery and access are generally not available, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where a qualifying technical problem remains unresolved.
7. Intellectual Property
The Rewire Her name, branding, product materials, written content, graphics, audio, downloads, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Rewire Her and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Rewire Her content to you. The personal license described above is limited to the rights expressly granted in these Terms.
8. Appropriate Use
You agree to use the store and digital resources lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to interfere with the store, bypass security or access controls, misuse download links, or use the product to infringe the rights of another person.
9. Wellness Disclaimer
The Complete Rewire Bundle is a self-guided educational and reflective resource. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a serious mental or physical health concern, seek help from an appropriately qualified professional or local emergency service.
No specific result is promised or guaranteed. Your use of the resources is voluntary and at your own discretion.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, email tools, analytics providers, and digital delivery services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Rewire Her is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.
11. Availability and Errors
We aim to keep the store, product information, and download services available and accurate. However, temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors, or typographical mistakes may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or temporarily suspend access when reasonably necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rewire Her will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the store or digital product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the store, products, services, or legal requirements. Your continued use of the store after an update means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
